This hotel and its hosts are absolutely amazing. Everything during our stay was outstanding! The hotel is located in a picturesque and authentic Toscan area. The pool and the lovely service are top notch. After our car broke down about 20 minutes away, they even picked us up, served as translators and guardians when communicating with the mechanic and gave us a ride back to the work shop when the car was repaired. Glad to see that people still care for each other! We absolutely recommend the place!!

I can say that our experience was quite positive. We stayed in the Blue Moon, the one that the website represents, at least according to my tastes, as the most beautiful. The structure is immersed in the landscapes of Lorenzana, an area of Tuscany that I particularly love. The service staff was friendly and helpful even before we arrived. Once we got to the room they made us find an aperitif with fruit, savory foods and a bottle of prosecco. The cleanliness of the room and bathrooms was excellent. With the January cold, the support of the air conditioning alone was not enough, so we had to turn on the fireplace which heated the entire room decently. The only annoyance is that if you are in the tub, you have to get out every now and then to stoke the flame in the fireplace. For the rest, I repeat, a very nice experience.

The room was very welcoming with incense and themed music, the staff was very kind, plus we were offered an aperitif which we really appreciated.
I recommend it for those seeking tranquility.
Cons: The temperature change and the cleanliness in some parts but despite this it was a wonderful experience, we will definitely return.
